Been working with brand Courtyard farms, which deals in goat milk products it was very hard to sell on amazon due to the perishable nature of the product. We have to maintain the temperature of the product below 5 Degree Celsius. So that is why we have to opt for Self Ship and work very focused on the customer satisfaction and amazon delivery and service guidelines.

We could not much sell on Flipkart since it does not provides self ship facility as amazon does we only be able to sell Non Perishable items like Goat Milk Ghee and Marinated Items

When I have worked for Alcatel brand we had to face a lot of customer return issues when "Customer keeps the new item and returned the old item". So I have to manage the claim and proceed with the suitable solutions to minimize the losses. To get Claims of 5000/- order value up to 150000/- is not a small thing, We have to keep every proof in tagged and very precisely apply for the Claim with valid evidence, Once Claim rejected we can not reply after 5 Days. So we have to work very finely on this.
